BOTTLE CONCIERGE & DELIVERY

How does the after-hours bottle handoff actually work?

It’s simple. Text us your order before you leave the club. We secure your premium bottles at exact retail price. You pay the retail cost plus our flat $100 VIP Concierge Fee. Our team tracks your location and meets you right outside the club exit so you can grab your bottles and head straight to the after-party.

How late do you deliver alcohol in Scottsdale and Phoenix?

We operate through the peak after-hours window. We strongly recommend locking in your order before last call (1:45 AM) to guarantee availability and prompt exit handoff.

Do you check IDs for bottle handoffs?

100% of the time, no exceptions. The purchaser must be 21+ and present a valid, physical government-issued ID that exactly matches the credit card used for the purchase. We do not hand off to third parties.

PARTY BUS & VIP TRANSPORT

Can we drink on the Party Bus?

Yes. When you book our advance bottle service, your dedicated on-board bartender will handle the pouring so your crew can focus on keeping the energy peaking safely.

What happens if someone in our group gets too intoxicated or unruly?

We prioritize luxury and safety. Our on-board Security Guard has the final say. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to overly intoxicated individuals. Any physical aggression, destruction of property, or bodily fluids on the bus will result in immediate termination of the ride with zero refunds, plus a minimum $500 cleaning/damage fee charged to the card on file.

PRICING & CANCELLATIONS

Are there really no markups on the liquor?

None. Zero. You pay exactly what the bottles cost at retail, plus our transparent $100 flat concierge fee. We don't play the $600 nightclub markup game.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All Party Bus reservations require a non-refundable deposit to lock in your date and pro team. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount. Bottle Concierge orders cannot be canceled once the liquor has been procured by our team.
